| Services sold | The provision of accommodation as a private lodging business (minpaku) under the Private Lodging Business Act. Every house is a whole-house rental let to a single group per day. |

| Price (accommodation rates) | All prices shown include consumption tax. The base rate per night differs by house (Yurayado 19,000 yen / Tomarigi 21,000 yen / Guest House AO 25,000 yen / Shimayado 31,000 yen / GuestHouse YULLAT 42,000 yen). Above the base number of guests, 3,000 to 4,000 yen is added per additional guest per night. Rates rise by up to 20% on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the days before public holidays, and in peak seasons. For stays of three nights or more, the third night onward is discounted (30% or 50%, depending on the house). We check availability and any applicable discount, then email you the final amount payable. |
| Charges other than the price | None. There is nothing to pay on top, including cleaning fees, linen charges and accommodation tax — all of these are already covered by the room rate, and the prices shown include consumption tax. We charge no fee for online payment either. Travel to the island, including ferry fares, is at your own expense. |

| Validity period of the application | The expiry date of the payment link is stated in the email that carries the link. If payment is not made by that date, the application becomes void and the hold on the house is released. |

| Returns and exchanges (withdrawal or cancellation of an application) | As this is an accommodation service, there are no product returns or exchanges. The conditions for cancelling a confirmed booking and for refunds are set out in the cancellation policy below. |

Cancellation policy
Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation charges apply. Please tell us of a cancellation by telephone or by email.
- Canceled 7 or more days before the date of stay: free of charge (if you have already paid, we refund the full amount)
- Canceled 6 to 4 days before the date of stay: 30% of the accommodation charge applies
- Canceled 3 to 2 days before the date of stay: 50% of the accommodation charge applies
- Canceled the day before or the day of the stay, or a no-show without notice: 100% of the accommodation charge applies
If you cannot use the house for reasons outside your control, such as a typhoon, an earthquake or another natural disaster, or a canceled ferry, we will refund the full amount or move your booking to another date.
Refunds are made to the payment method you used to pay. We charge no fee for a refund.
This notice applies to bookings made through the official sites of the five whole-house rentals on Gogoshima Island operated by Daiichi Gohan Shoji Co., Ltd. (GuestHouse YULLAT / Shimayado / Guest House AO / Yurayado / Tomarigi).
Use beyond the stated capacity, changing the number of guests without telling us, and any behavior that disturbs the neighbors are not permitted. For the conditions of use at each house, please see that facility's own page.
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other booking sites are governed by that site's terms of use, cancellation policy and payment methods, and fall outside this notice and the cancellation policy above.
